Patricia Sims, age 72 of West Harrison, Indiana passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, Kentucky. Born August 9, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of George and Gertrude (Snyder) Zurweller.
Patricia married Paul Sims on December 8, 1973 in Newport, Kentucky. She worked as a beautician for several years. She served as a Sunday School teacher at the House of Power and Prayer, volunteered for the Girl Scouts and operated the food pantry in West Harrison, Indiana for many years.
Survived by her husband Paul Sims, children Michelle (Larry) Mason, Jenny Sims, Debbie (Steve) Truman and Julie Harris. Grandmother of nine and great grandmother of six. Sister of John Zurweller and Carol Zurweller.
Preceded in death by her parents George and Gertrude Zerweller, and brother George Zurweller.
Visitation will be held Wednesday October14, 2020 from 11:00 A.M. until time of services at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Tom Cochran officiating all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio 45030.
