Brookville, Ind. —The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, Indiana State Police and the Brookville Police Department quickly tracked down Joshua Nobbe after he fled the courtroom following a sentencing hearing Monday.
Nobbe was found shortly after the incident at his Brookville home on Levee Road. Nobbe reportedly told police he fled the courtroom because he had to take care of his dog.
The Franklin County prosecutor is reviewing the case and could file additional charges.
