William Gerhard Rohe, 85 years old of Bright, IN passed away peacefully on Friday, July 19, 2024. Bill grew up in Price Hill and graduated from Elder High School in Cincinnati. Bill proudly served in the United States Army and worked for the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier for over 30 years. Many will remember Bill by his contagious laugh that would stand out in a room full of people. In his free time, Bill loved to golf and bowl. His claim to fame was his not one, but two holes in one. Both happened at Miami Whitewater Forest Golf Course on the same hole a couple years apart.
Bill will be deeply missed by Judy Rohe, his wife of 56 years; children Mike (Debbie) Martin, William (Robin) Rohe, Daniel (Tricia) Rohe, Dennis (Margie) Rohe, and Sharon (Preston) Mitchell; 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Eileen & August Rohe and siblings Dorothy Ziegler and Ruth Sullivan.
