William Kenneth Wight, age 76, of Brookville, Indiana and formerly of Charlotte, Michigan died Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at Mercy West Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Born May 4, 1943 in Lansing, Michigan he was the son of the late William & Bessie (Hammond) Wight. On April 10, 2010 he was united in marriage to Jan (Montag) Day, and she survives.
He was a member of Creekside Church in Brookville, and the Kiwanis Club of Brookville.
In addition to Jan, his wife of 10 years, survivors include two daughters, Penny Combs of Haines City, Florida and Lisa Peterson of North Webster, Indiana; four step-children, William Day of Cincinnati, Ohio, Christopher Day of Middletown, Ohio, Stefanie Day of Columbus, Ohio and Robin Day of Oldenburg, Indiana; ten beloved grandchildren; as well as a sister, Evelyn Janos of Port Charlotte, Florida.
There will be no public services.
