BATESVILLE, Ind. — Don’t use the cold weather as your excuse to quit exercising.
Margaret Mary Health is partnering with area schools to provide a warm place to walk this winter.
Now through March 31, the hallways of area schools are available, no fee attached.
Participating schools include:
Batesville High School: Monday – Thursday, 4-6 p.m.
Jac-Cen-Del Elementary: Monday – Thursday, 4-7 p.m.
Milan Elementary: Monday – Thursday, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
South Ripley High School: Monday – Thursday, 4-7 p.m.
Sunman Elementary: Monday – Thursday, 6-8 p.m.
You must complete and return a registration form prior to walking.
If school is canceled or closed, the schools will not be open.
The hallways will also not be available when schools are holding major events such as parent-teacher conferences, art shows, etc.
