Virginia E. Knippenberg

Virginia E. Knippenberg, 98, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

She was born April 20, 1922 in Logan, IN, daughter of the late Wilson Clark and Laura (Fondong) Clark.

Ginny worked as a beautician for over 45 years.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Aurora Eastern Star, having served as Matron of Honor.

Ginny loved playing games, and cards. She made several cross stitch quilts and she enjoyed crocheting. She was an excellent cook, and baker, she was well known for her apple dumplings. She loved her time with family, especially time with her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Virginia is survived by her daughters, Sue (Ron) Craig of Dillsboro, IN, Debbie (Terry) Reuland of Lawrenceburg, IN, Lois (Jim) Cook of Charlotte, NC, Janet (Troy) Craven of Dillsboro, IN; grandchildren, Stacey (Rodney) Weaver, Sarah (Shane) Holloway, Jennifer (Jason) Distasio, Steven Meyer, Tom Reuland, Dan
(Paula Paradis) Reuland, Charles (Melissa) Reuland, Julie (Dan) Lang, Laura ( Raymond) Chan, Lisa (Mike) Lynch, Brandon (Whitney) Redwine & Brett Redwine; 17 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Clayton Knippenberg; and several siblings.

Private family services will be held at Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, on Thursday December 10, 2020.
