The Franklin County 4-H Fairgrounds will host the 4-H Fun and Friendly Halloween Tuesday, October 30 from 5 to 7 p.m. Attendees may wear costumes to enjoy trick-or-treating, games and food. Donations will also be accepted for the local food pantry. For more information please call 765-647-3511.
