The OA Twisters Baseball team traveled to SW-Hanover on Monday, May 3rd. Unfortunately, the Twisters found themselves on the losing end for the second game in a row. They lost to the Rebels 6-2.
Sophomore Charlie Schebler got the start for the Twisters and went 4 innings, giving up 3 runs (all earned), on 4 hits, walking 3, and striking out 5. Sr. Riley Schebler came in and pitched the last 2 innings, giving up 3 runs (all earned), on 4 hits, walking 1, and striking out 1. At the plate, the Twisters were led by Sr. Chris Hautman who was 2 for 3 with 2 singles, and 1 RBI.
The Twisters look to rebound as they face the Milan Indians on Thursday, May 6h at 5:00 PM. This game will be played at the Plex instead of the Twisters home field of Liberty Park.
