Drivers in Batesville may have noticed a faulty traffic light at a busy intersection Thursday.
Officers with the Batesville Police Department have been controlling traffic throughout the afternoon and evening on S.R. 229 at the I-74 overpass.
Maintenance crews are on the scene repairing a component on the light Thursday evening.
The traffic signal should be working properly by the Friday morning commute. According to a Batesville Police Department spokesman, the light is expected to be repaired by midnight.
