Toby Lee “Walter” Berry, 75, of Moores Hill, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
He was born December 12, 1943 in Milan, IN, son of the late Auzie L Berry and Alberta (Baker) Berry.
He served his country as a member of the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam Era.
Toby worked as a Electrician for Cincinnati Electric and EMT Technology, retiring after many years of service.
He was a member of Moores Hill American Legion. Toby loved his garden, boating, and camping. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and his dogs, Snuggles & Maggie. Toby will be greatly missed.
Toby is survived by his loving spouse, Shirley Berry (Davidson), children, Jamie (Carol) Berry of Dillsboro, IN, Kimberley “Kim” Ison of Moores Hill, IN; brothers, Ralph “John” (Sherry) Berry of Moores Hill, IN, Terry (Brenda) Berry of Moores Hill, IN; grandchildren, Justin Burdette, Kylie Bragg (Mark) Berry, Tyler (Ashley Eldridge) Berry, Jessica Berry, Shyanne Ison; great-grandchildren, Emma & Andrew Burdette, Christopher & Aubree Berry and one on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends will be received Friday, March 15, 2019, 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at the Funeral Home, immediately following visitation at 7:00 pm with Pastor Tito Pel officiating.
Military services will be conducted by members of local Veterans Service Organizations.
