Batesville, IN—The Ripley County Community Foundation is hosting the 17th annual Women in Philanthropy Fundraiser Luncheon on Tuesday, April 28th from 11:30 AM to 1 PM. Doors will open at 11 AM. The luncheon will be held at the St. Maurice Catholic Church Hall in Napoleon.
Tickets are $50.00 each, of which $25 will be a direct donation into the Linda S. Phaneuf Women’s Fund. A maximum of 200 tickets are available and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The guest speaker at the event is Sarah Ratekin, and she will be speaking about how to live a happier life.
There will also be a Silent Auction, a chance to buy raffle tickets for baskets and gifts, and attendees can enter into a split-the-pot drawing. Tickets for the raffle and split-the-pot will be cash only, $1 for 1 ticket or $5 for 6 tickets. There will also be a drawing to win a Kitchen Aid Mixer.
Attendees will select the recipient of the $2,000 Linda S. Phaneuf Women’s Grant. Encourage your favorite local organizations that support the women and children of Ripley County to apply. Applications are due April 7th.
