Temple Faye Lowe, 64, of Milan passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Margaret Mary Hospital in Batesville. Temple was born to Ralph Lowe and Marie (Kirby) Lowe in Jamestown, Tennessee on Thursday, February 2, 1956. She began working as a nurse in 1983, but had a special love for hospice care. Temple enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, listening to gospel music, teaching people about nursing, and drinking diet citrus drop. She was a member of Hope Baptist Church as well.
Temple is survived by her children, Steven Taylor of Cincinnati, Chris Jones (Crystal) of Moores Hill, and Cody Jones (Angela) of Milan; father of Cody and Chris Jones, Pete Jones; brother Rick Lowe of Lexington, Kentucky; sisters Donna Lyons (Matt) of Kentucky, Cheryl Rainwater of Wilmington, North Carolina, Patty Ewing (Tiny) of Alabama, and Pamela Bell (Kevin) of Florida; grandchildren Jodi Taylor, Steven Taylor, Jr., Nehemiah Jones, Naaman Jones, Hunter Jones, Wyatt Jones, Olivia Taylor, Jase Riehle, and Joselynn Jones. Temple was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Marie Lowe, and her sister-in-law, Michelle Lowe.
A memorial service will be held in honor of Temple on Monday, December 14, 2020 from 5 to 6 PM at Hope Baptist Church. A service will be held following the memorial at 6 PM at the church.
