Tamera “Tammy” E. Saylor, 64, of Greensburg passed away on October 21, 2023. She was born on September 7, 1959 in Greensburg, Indiana. She was the daughter of James Rolland and Jane Ann (Kessler) Davis. She worked at Valeo and retired in January of 2021. Tammy never knew a stranger and was a friend to all. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She absolutely loved all the time she got to spend with them, especially picking them up from school. Throughout her life she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include: Children, Amy Kaiser, Tony Saylor and Scott (Sarah) Saylor; Grandchildren, Macy (Damian) Rigby, Cole Kaiser, Megan Kaiser, Lydia Hersley, Camille Saylor, Daphne Saylor, Connor Saylor and Rylan Saylor; Sisters, Kim (Brian) Poole and Jodi Davis; Brothers, Chad (Cheryl) Davis and Brad (Carol) Davis; Brother in Law, Charlie Burkhart; Several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents, and Sister, Lee Ann Burkhart.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at the South Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Decatur County Community Foundation for Special Education.
