BLOOMINGTON, IN — A federal appeals court has dismissed a lawsuit against Indiana University’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
The same court previously ruled that IU could require students, faculty, and staff to get vaccinated against coronavirus.
Eight IU students filed the suit last year.
