Batesville, IN — Though there will be no art auction this year, the Batesville Area Arts Council (BAAC) will continue to commit annually to funding $20 per student for the roughly 2,700 students in our district.
In order to do this, they need the community’s support. This year, the BAAC is hosting a fundraiser and the money you donate goes directly back to the Arts in Education program, benefitting students in all six area schools. This year’s theme is “Earth without art would just be.. “Eh””.
Sponsorship levels are:
• Student Level – $20 per student
• Classroom Level – $500
• Grade Level – $2000
Whether you can sponsor a student, ten students, a classroom, or a grade level, every amount is important and appreciated by the organization.
They will also have the annual raffle with a chance to win $1,000. Tickets are $20 each or 6 for $100. You can purchase raffle tickets until February 26. The winning ticket will be pulled and the winner notified on February 28.
