(Sandusky, IN) – INDOT is scheduled to reduce the speed limit on State Road 3 in northern Decatur County on or after tomorrow (Wednesday, October 1).
The speed limit will be lowered from 55 mph to 45 mph on State Road 3 between just north of East County Road 580 North and just south of East County Road 550 North in Sandusky.
The agency says the intent of the reduced speed limit is to improve safety along State Road 3.
INDOT reminds you to slow down, use extra caution and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones.
