Rising Sun, IN — Congratulations to Justin Wilburn and Rising Sun High School on his shoe design being chosen for the Vans High School Custom Culture design competition.
Justin has advanced to the next stage in the Van’s Custom Culture Shoe contest. Only 250 schools throughout all public and private US high schools were chosen. The school received 5 pairs of shoes to begin designing.
This is the fourth stage of a contest that was created to inspire and empower high school students to embrace their creativity through art and design and bring attention to diminishing arts education budgets. Vans will give $50,000 to the winning high school’s art program.
