Batesville, IN — The Southeastern Indiana YMCA, in partnership with Versiti Blood Center of Indiana, will host a Blood Drive on Thursday (June 3) from 11 am until 5 pm in the Y’s Conference Room.
Versiti has issued an emergency appeal for blood donations because communities throughout the state are facing a potential crisis with blood supplies dropping to critically low levels.
Donors must be 17 years old (16 with a signed parental permission slip), meet height and weight requirements, be in generally good health and present a photo ID at registration. The Southeastern Indiana YMCA is located at 30 State Road 129 in Batesville.
