Franklin County, In. —A single-vehicle crash on Highland Center Road injured a Brookville resident on Sunday.
A report from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department says a car driven by Theodore M. Parkhurst, 50, was southbound near River Road when he drove off the east side of the road and struck a tree.
Witnesses told investigators Parkhurst was driving erratically prior to the accident.
Parkhurst was treated at Margaret Mary Health. Investigators are waiting for toxicology results before closing the investigation.
