Ripley/Franklin Counties, IN —The Southeastern Indiana Recycling District is offering its monthly amnesty days by accepting electronic waste at no cost to residents.
Electronic waste items will be accepted Friday and Saturday at the Batesville Area Recycle Center on John Street; the Ripley County Recycling Center on Hasmer Hill Road in Osgood; and the Franklin County Recycling Center off US 52 on Landfill Road in Metamora.
Up to two items with a screen will be accepted per household at each facility during normal operating hours. Visit www.seird.org for more details.
