(Batesville, IN) – For the second time in the past week, State Road 129 had to be closed at the intersection with State Road 46 in Batesville midday Monday because of a railroad crossing issue.
Bitterly cold temperatures are being blamed for causing the stop arms to malfunction.
A crew was sent to work on the issue, which was resolved about an hour-and-a-half later, and the intersection reopened to traffic.
