Rosaline M. Muckerheide, 100, Greensburg, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at the Morning Breeze in Greensburg.
Born, May 1, 1917 in Greensburg, Indiana, she was the daughter of Anthony and Cecilia (Struewing) Muckerheide.
Rosaline lived in Cincinnati for many years and was a member of the St. Cecilia Catholic Church. She worked as an inspector at the US Playing Card Company in Cincinnati and retired in 1983.
She is survived by two nephews, Jim (Kay) Muckerheide and Dale (Debbie) Muckerheide, both of Greensburg; two nieces, Carol Hahn, Greensburg, Marilyn (Ron) Land, Rushville; special cousin, Janet (Oesterling) Pribble, Fairland; spouses of deceased nephews, Donna (Bob) Muckereheide and Martha (Ralph) Muckerheide, both of Greensburg; several great and great great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Edward, Albert, and Louis Muckerheide; three sisters, Loretta, Alvina, and Emma Muckerheide; two nephews, Ralph & Bob Muckerheide; Carol’s husband, Ernie Hahn; one niece, Betty (Don) Otterstetter.
A rosary service will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg followed by visitation until 10:30 a.m.
A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in St. Maurice with Rev. Bill Ehalt officiating.
Interment will be held in the St. Maurice Catholic Cemetery.
