At 5 p.m., it’s time to rev those legs — registration begins for the National Pedal Pullers & Racers event at the Free Stage. This crowd-favorite competition is open to all ages, with co-ed classes for kids as young as 3, plus separate divisions for teens, men, and women.
The evening gets into full swing at 6 p.m. with two major 4-H events: the Sheep Show returns to the Show Arena, while the Horse & Pony Versatility, Driving and Mini 4-H Show trots into the Ripley County Equine Center.
The Midway lights up from 6 to 10 p.m., with unlimited ride wristbands available for $30.
Capping off the night at 7: Quad & Truck Drags roar into the grandstands. General admission is $10 for adults, $5 for kids, and pit passes are $30.
