Southeastern, IN — Ripley and Dearborn Counties have moved to Orange status this week on the state’s color-coded Covid-19 metric map. Franklin County is 1 of 5 Indiana counties that remain in Red status. There are now 8 counties that have moved to Yellow status. Decatur County is still in the Orange metric category.
For counties that have changed, they must maintain the new or better status for a 2-week period before restrictions can be updated. While in Red, there are to be no events over 25 people and no events over 50 people while in Orange. No plans are allowed to be submitted and approved by the local health department per Indiana Governor Holcomb’s executive order.
