Richard Wayne “Dick” Dulaney, 91, Milan

     Richard Wayne “Dick” Dulaney, 91, of Milan passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at his home. Dick was born on Sunday, January 28, 1934, in Wood County, West Virginia; son of Edward and Ola (Fischer) Dulaney. Dick served in the United States Army. Dick married the love of his life, Margaret (Fannin) Dulaney, on September 19, 1970, and she survives him. He worked as a crane operator for Kaiser Aluminum and was a member of the Local Union AFLCIO. Dick enjoyed woodworking, and going to the races, especially the Indy 500. Most of all Dick loved and cherished spending time with his family.

Dick will be missed by his wife Margaret Dulaney of Milan; sons Richard (Susan) Dulaney Jr. of Florida, Terry Dulaney of West Virginia, Mark (Melissa) Dulaney of Ohio, Dana (Andrea) Messer of Ohio, Randall (Donna) Messer of Florida, and Michael Parsons of Ohio; daughters Angela (Scott Johnson) Dulaney of Milan, Marlena (Gary) Bruns of Milan, and Tamara Smith of Sunman; sister Phyllis Marshal of Oregon; 26 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Dick was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Ola Dulaney; daughter Brenda O’Dell; and brothers Edward Harry Dulaney and Russell Dulaney.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be given in honor of Dick to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
