Richard “Dick” Starkey, 79, of Moores Hill passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Margaret Mary Health in Batesville. He was born on Friday, January 17, 1941 in Milan, IN to the late Margaret (Drockleman) and Elwood Starkey. He married Sharon Casson October 31, 1964 and she survives. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1964. Dick was a machinist and retired from Cincinnati Incorporated. He loved being outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. He enjoyed spending time with his family.
Dick is survived by his wife Sharon of Moores Hill, son Robert (Melinda) Starkey of Milan, daughter Kathy (Mike) Williams of Lawrenceburg, brother Michael Starkey of Florida, and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Elwood, and brother John Starkey.
