The Reds start another new National League series tonight, which could be good news since they’ve opened their last several series with victories.
One problem, however, is that this evening they’re visiting the St. Louis Cardinals, who are 2nd in the NL Central with a 41 & 38 season record, versus the Reds’ 37 & 43, only a single game out of last place in the division.
