Connersville, IN — The Whitewater Valley Railroad (WWVRR) regrets to inform passengers that all Polar Express trains scheduled for Sunday, December 13, Friday, December 18, and Saturday, December 19 have been canceled. If you are holding tickets for Friday, December 11 or Saturday, December 12, your trains will operate as scheduled.
This decision was made based on the latest COVID-19 response requirements we received from the state of Indiana and our local health department. Your safety and the safety of our other passengers, volunteers, and employees always have and will continue to be our top priority.
All ticket purchases, including any associated fees, will be fully refunded. Unless you receive an additional email from us, no action is required on your part.
WWVRR will begin issuing refunds on Monday, December 14, 2020. The refund should appear in your account no later than Monday, January 4, 2021 according to officials. Questions about the refund should be emailed to help@whitewatervalleyrr.org. Be sure to include your original order’s confirmation number with all questions.
