
This decision was made based on the latest COVID-19 response requirements we received from the state of Indiana and our local health department. Your safety and the safety of our other passengers, volunteers, and employees always have and will continue to be our top priority.
All ticket purchases, including any associated fees, will be fully refunded. Unless you receive an additional email from us, no action is required on your part.
WWVRR will begin issuing refunds on Monday, December 14, 2020. The refund should appear in your account no later than Monday, January 4, 2021 according to officials. Questions about the refund should be emailed to help@whitewatervalleyrr.org. Be sure to include your original order’s confirmation number with all questions.
