Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) has reported that 2,850 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 over the weekend. A total of 80,415 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 906,851 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at an 8.9% positive rate and 26 new deaths were reported for a total of 2,924 Hoosiers deaths.
Dearborn County has a total of 535 cases and 28 deaths reported (up 13 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 358 positive cases and 32 deaths (up 11 new cases), Franklin County has 253 positive cases and 19 deaths (up 4 new cases and 4 new deaths), and Ripley County has 225 positive cases and 8 deaths (up 5 new cases). Locally, this is an increase of 33 new positive cases and 4 new deaths.
