Greensburg, IN – The junior high Lady Chargers had 2 games this week, facing Eastern Hancock on Tuesday, and their rival across town, South Decatur on Friday.
On Tuesday, the cold weather and wind didn’t drive anyone away from playing softball, but North Decatur fell to Eastern Hancock by a score of 11-3.
Friday was a different story however, and the Chargers got the bats going and things started to click on defense vs. South Decatur. North Decatur was far too much for the Cougars, as Macie L. collected 3 hits (2 doubles and 1 single) to lead the Chargers to victory. Final score, 14-6.
