(Brookville, IN) – You’ll recall WRBI reported last week that Morgan’s Canoe and Outdoor Adventures in Brookville is staying open despite the closing of its operation northeast of Cincinnati.
That’s still the plan, but the owner has placed the 102-acre facility on the market.
It’s listed through White’s Realty for $2.7 million and includes the main lodge, cabins, six parcels of land – five with riverfront access – and equipment including kayaks, buses, trailers and life jackets.
The 54th season for the popular canoeing, kayaking, rafting, tubing, and camping destination along the Whitewater River opens in May.
