More Flooding Woes

Additional heavy rains on top of already saturated ground caused more issues late Wednesday night and into early Thursday morning.

A number of roads in the county are either water covered or closed, which prompted a RED travel warning to be issued.

Someone drove into high water on Pipe Creek Road and had to be rescued. The driver told Franklin County 9-1-1 that water was up to their doors.

Crews were also called overnight to deal with flooded basements throughout the county.
