Madison, IN—Milling and paving work is scheduled to begin this week on S.R. 7 in Madison, north of Hanging Rock Hill. Motorists should expect delays in the area due to lane closures with flaggers. S.R. 7/Hanging Rock Hill remains closed from Paddy’s Lane to Terrace Drive for slide correction work. The project is expected to be complete by November 2019.
