Melinda S. McCool, 49, of Aurora, IN, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 in Lawrenceburg, IN.
She was born Tuesday, July 26, 1966 in Dearborn County, Indiana, Daughter of the late Steve Valentine and the late Geraldine L. Schonegge Valentine
Melinda enjoyed being on social media and playing Facebook games, especially Candy Crush. She also loved to spend time with her family. Her grandchildren were her treasures.
Surviving are Son, Jeffrey McCool of Aurora, IN; Daughter, Reyna Pope of Moores Hill, IN; Sister, Cindy Schonegge of Union City, IN; Grandchildren, Lukas Pope and Gracee Pope; Niece, Janelle Betts of Muskegon, MI and ex Husband, James McCool of Lawrenceburg, IN
Friends will be received 4:00 – 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 24, 2016 at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at the Funeral Home, Thursday, at 7:00 pm with Pastor Charlie Hill officiating.
Private graveside services will follow at the River View Cemetery, Aurora, IN 47001.
