Sally Miller, age 92, died February 28, 2023 at home in Seminole, Florida. She has lived in Florida since 1995. One of seven children, her mother and father were Stella and Joseph Wettering of Batesville. Brothers Leo, Carl, Harry, Robert and sisters Marie Bland and Rosemary Fullenkamp preceded her in death.
She married Larry Miller May 30, 1952 and he preceded her in death on March 26, 2009. They have three children: Pam (Mike) Nordmeyer, Tom (Connie) Miller and Scott (Christy) Miller; five grandchildren: Daniel (Sandra) Nordmeyer, Nancy Miller, Clint (Jenna) Miller, Joshua (Shelby) Miller, Meagan (C.J.) Miller and two great grandchildren: Hayden and Madison Miller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as in-laws Bruce and Marian Miller.
Sally was an excellent cook, baker and seamstress. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing cards and spending time with her kids, grandkids and great grandkids. She worked for the president of Hillenbrand Industries for over 30 years. An extremely caring and generous person, Sally was a good friend to many and will be truly missed.
Visitation is Thursday, March 9th from 9 – 11 a.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home. Funeral services follow at 11 a.m. and burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery.
