GREENSBURG, Ind. — One man was injured in an accident in Greensburg on U.S. 421 and Overpass Rd. near I-74 Monday afternoon.
Police say the man was riding a small motorcycle north on Michigan Avenue when he hit a car that was turning east onto Michigan Ave.
Police say it appears the motorcycle hit the car in the side.
Upon impact the driver was tossed from the motorcycle and suffered multiple injuries.
The driver of the motorcycle was transported by ambulance to the Decatur County Memorial Hospital, and then airlifted to another hospital for further treatment.
The names were not released.
