INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Libertarian candidate for Governor Rex Bell suffered a minor stroke Wednesday night, but is expected to make a full recovering.
According to his Facebook page, it happened while he was attending a media event in Richmond and he was transported to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis for further testing after undergoing initial tests.
Bell is reported to be in excellent care, is fully aware and coherent and communicating as normal.
The Bell family says they are touched by the outpouring of support, and said they wish to thank Hoosiers for their thoughts, prayers and kind words.
