(Jennings County, IN) – The Letts and Westport fire departments assisted in battling a barn fire on the 5600 block of E. County Road 900 North in Jennings County Wednesday evening.
Crews arriving on the scene found a fully engulfed barn.
The flames spread to a car parked near the structure.
Both the barn and the car are a total loss.
Units were on the scene for about two hours battling the fire.
There’s no word on what touched off the blaze.
No one was hurt.
Also responding were the Campbell Township (Jennings County) Fire Department; City of North Vernon Fire Department, and Jennings County EMS.
