Indianapolis, In. — Republican state senator Jean Leising from Oldenburg recently met with clients of New Horizons Rehabilitation, a grassroots, nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the positive personal journeys for people living with disabilities, at the Indiana Statehouse. The group discussed how a bill becomes a law and the responsibilities of state lawmakers.
