Lawrence E. Jenkins, 77 of Milan, Indiana passed away Friday October 11, 2019 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Lawrence was born on Sunday, May 3, 1942 in Partridge, KY and was the son of the late Clarence and Beatrice (Huff) Jenkins. He was a member of the Little Memory Church, and a self-employed truck driver. Lawrence enjoyed truck driving and fishing.
He is survived by daughters: Tammy Horton of Sunman; De-Nell (Kelly) Dyer of Hamilton, OH; brothers: Clarence Jenkins of Milan, Paul Jenkins of Dillsboro; special nephew: Cecil Spaulding (Tina Smith) of Milan. 4 grandchildren: Justin and Austin Horton, Ryan Jenkins and Chad Gress and 4 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Harold Jenkins, brothers and sisters.
A service celebrating his life will be held 4 p.m. Thursday October 17, 2019 at Little Memory Church, 5709 E County Road 1150 N, Sunman, IN 47041. Family and Friends may gather to share and remember him 2pm-4pm Thursday October 17 at Little Memory Church. Memorials may be given in honor of Lawrence to the family.
