(Greensburg, IN) – Several area lawmakers were joined by Indiana House and Senate colleagues last week during a visit to the Honda Manufacturing Plant in Greensburg.
Local state representatives Alex Zimmerman (R-North Vernon) and Lindsay Patterson (R-Oldenburg), Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) and four others toured the facilities and engaged in conversations with associates and plant officials about various issues impacting the automotive industry.
In a social media post, Zimmerman thanked Honda, GM, Toyota, Stellantis and Subaru for the work they do in Indiana.
Also on the tour were state senators Mike Crider (R-Greenfield) and Stacey Donato (R-Logansport), and representatives Ryan Lauer (R-Columbus) and Cory Criswell (R-Middletown).
The event was organized by the Indiana Manufacturers Association.
