Laurel PD holding fundraiser

LAUREL, Ind. — Tomorrow the Laurel Police Department is holding a fundraiser to purchase new bullet-proof vests for their officers.

The event will start at 3 PM at the Laurel Elementary School.

There will be food, live music, an auction, raffle, and more.

There is a $5 per person cover charge which includes food and entertainment.

There will be a bouncy house for the kids, as well as demonstrations from the fire department and police K-9.

For every $1,000 raised, a Laurel Police officer will be tased.

There will also be a dunk tank for your chance to dunk a Laurel Police officer.
