The Lady Wildcats rallied around their senior captains and brought an offensive attack unrivaled so far this year resulting in 34 shots with 21 on goal. Jordan Nichols, Hannah Surber and Grace Noble had goals on the night but the shots on goal came from: Abby Lucas (3), Adrienne Bundy (1), Ashley Mauntel (1), Jamie Stortz (1), Jessica Parker (1), Lauren Kelley (2) and Sara Weaver (1), Shelby Pearson (6).
Shelby Pearson picked up one save in the first half and Madisyn Kerr picked up another save in the second half.
JV players earned some varsity time and quality minutes were turned in by Lindsey Day, Grayce Knapp, Kaylin Knapp, Regan Noble, Regan Barker and Halee Barker.
The senior night festivities didn’t end when the game was over. The Lady Wildcats enjoyed food and fun celebrating what an incredible journey the younger players have had being led by their senior captains.
A huge thanks to Erika Gibson, Gina Barker and Tonia Edwards for organizing and giving these two incredible young women a night a night they will never forget.
