The seventh grade lady Bulldogs lost a close game to the South Ripley Lady Raiders Monday night by a score of 18 to 15.
Batesville was led in scoring by Kendall Dickman with 6 and Ellie Waechter with 3.
They played a great second quarter and were able to pull ahead at halftime.
But bad passing in the second half led to low scoring in the third and fourth quarters.
The 7th grade ladies are now 1 and 4 on the season.

The BMS 8th grade Girls’ Basketball team lost to South Ripley by a score of 41 to 18.
Jill Hartman scored 8 points and Taylor Rowlett scored 6 points and had 5 steals.
