Congrats to the Batesville Lady Bulldog Softball Team as they moved to 4-0 on the season with a win over the Eagles of Jac-Cen-Del by a score of 9-5.
A big shout out to Renee Lecher for pitching her 1st complete game as a Bulldog. She finished the game giving up only 4 earned runs and striking out 5.
Kaylin Hinners hit for 2 RBIs with 2 singles. Kylie Laker finished with 3 RBIs on 2 singles. Margaret Wilson ended the game with 2 hits along with Paige Oldham. Oldham also batted in 2 RBIs on a double.

JCD Varsity Softball came up short against Batesville 9 – 5.
Leaders for the Eagles included Shaylee Volz going 2-3 at the plate with a double and 2 RBI, and Aundrea Cullen pitching all 7 innings and giving up only 8 hits and 3 earned runs while striking out 9.
