8 new cases locally on Tuesday

Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 669 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Tuesday. A total of 692,240 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 3,281,732 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 21.1% positive rate and 11 new deaths were reported for a total of 12,679 Hoosiers have died across the state.

As of Tuesday, a total of 3,061,069 doses have been administered in Indiana.

Dearborn County has a total of 5,626 cases and 73 deaths reported (up 4 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 2,769 positive cases and 92 deaths (up 1 new case), Franklin County has 1,637 positive cases and 35 deaths (up 2 new cases), and Ripley County has 3,315 positive cases and 67 deaths (up 1 new case). This is an increase of 8 new cases locally.
