Kenneth William Cutter, 84, of Hope, Indiana passed away Wednesday May 8, 2024, at his residence. He was born September 28, 1939, the son of Ralph William and Lorainne Elizabeth (Vinup) Cutter. Kenneth graduated from Milan High School in 1958. He was a lifelong farmer and member of the Friendship Volunteer Fire Department where he helped with the creation of Rescue 69 and the Task Unit. He was a member of Masonic Lodge # 31 in Milan and the American Legion. He enjoyed farming, collecting antique trains and antique tractors, gunsmithing, music and playing Santa Claus. He was a veteran having served with the U.S. Airforce from 1962 to 1966. Survivors include his companion Yvonne Ritchie of Hope, daughter Lori Anne Cornell of Aurora, son Kendrick Cutter (Crystal Johnson) of Greendale, a step-daughter Megan Rozens of Indianapolis, a step-son Alex Ritchie of Hope, and a brother Thomas (Shana)Cutter of Dillsboro, grandchildren Kimberly Blanton of Greendale, Nathan Cornell of Moores Hill, Aleysia Johnson of Greendale, Samantha Cornell of Moores Hill, Allison Cutter of Lawrenceburg, Gabriel Amponsah of Greendale and a great granddaughter Elodie Rozens of Indianapolis. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents. As per Kenneth’s wishes he will be cremated with Bass & Gasper Funeral Home and Crematory handling the arrangements.
