(Brookville, IN) – Jurors have been chosen and are hearing testimony in a high-profile Franklin County trial.
Gregory Guilfoyle is facing two counts of Attempted Murder for allegedly shooting his wife and a Franklin County Sheriff’s deputy in December of 2022.
Guilfoyle was originally set to be tried last June, but the trial was rescheduled eight times, and three judges were assigned to the case over the past two years.
Special Judge Brian Hill of Rush County is presiding over the proceedings.
