In junior high boys hoops Thursday, the Jac-Cen-Del seventh hammered Hauser 42-15. Blake Wagner dialed up 23 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks. Darian Grishop also did the daily double thing with 10 points, 10 assists and four steal. Neil Sullivan contributed six points and six boards.
The Jets beat the Eagles in the eighth grade contest 49-31. Noah Jones tallied 10 points and six rebounds for JCD. Teammates Lane Carroll collected nine points and eight caroms. Carson Comer chipped in seven points.
North Decatur’s eighth grade beat Morristown 41-20. Chase Youngman led the Chargers with 15 points and eight rebounds. Brody Barker amassed 12 points and seven boards while Logan O’Dell dropped in 10 points.
