John J. Harrison, age 66, of Cedar Grove, Indiana died Monday, August 29, 2022 at Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville, Indiana.
Born October 20, 1955 in Indianapolis, Indiana he was the son of the late Bernard A. & Rosemary T. (Frey) Harrison. On August 10, 1978 he and the former Beth Ann Holliday were united in marriage and she survives.
John was employed at Sperry-Rice in Brookville for over 48 years, in addition to farming in Franklin County for much of his life. He enjoyed the outdoors and taking care of his cattle.
Besides Beth, his wife of over 44 years, survivors include one son & daughter-in-law, John J. Jr. (Jill) Harrison of Cedar Grove, Indiana, six grandchildren, Bridgett, Bailey, Mattilynn, Dakota, Mya, and Chance; and a sister, Linda A. (Terry) Sintz of Brookville, Indiana.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Matthew G. Harrison who died February 23, 2021, as well as many aunts & uncles.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M., Thursday, September 1, 2022 A.M. at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home in Brookville.
